With over 25 years of experience in the field, our approach is built on deep listening, empathy, and a commitment to supporting both parents and newborns with care that aligns perfectly with your values and desires.

My passion for supporting families through the life-changing experience of childbirth is deeply rooted in my own background. Growing up on the island of Livingston, off the coast of Guatemala, I was immersed in a rich cultural heritage. As the child of a Salvadoran mother and a Garifuna father from Guatemala and Belize, I bring a diverse perspective to the care I provide, honoring the traditions and values of the families we serve.

From an early age, I had the privilege of learning from my grandmother and mother, both highly respected midwives, who instilled in me the wisdom of compassionate, holistic care. By the time I was 15, I was actively assisting at births, gaining hands-on experience, and developing a deep understanding of the powerful, transformative nature of childbirth.

This early exposure fueled my commitment to supporting families, leading me to become a professionally certified Doula and Newborn Care Specialist. Throughout my career, I’ve attended countless births and provided expert care for newborns, always with a focus on the well-being of both mother and baby. I believe that each family deserves individualized, compassionate support to thrive during the postpartum period, and I’m honored to be part of that journey.
